The Government Investigations & Civil Litigation Institute (GICLI) was founded in response to the need for in-depth education regarding the dramatic surge in regulatory enforcement activities and related civil litigations that burden the corporate legal department. Recent laws and regulations impose greater complexity and increased risk for practitioners handling investigatory and litigation matters.
GICLI’s flagship educational event, the Annual Meeting, will be held November 8th-10th, 2021 in Santa Barbara, California. Participants of the GICLI Annual Meeting share valuable experiences and practical strategies for handling government investigations and related civil litigation at collegial roundtable and panel discussions. An open, knowledge-sharing forum is encouraged throughout two days of breakfast sessions, workshops and casual, relationship-building events.
